We spent the morning at The NWA Walk to End Alzheimer's with my friend Tena who lost her Mom to the disease a few years ago.
My sister Becky and her dog Woody also joined us so we had quite the crew. The walk was supposed to be 3 miles, and after about half a mile we were literally last in the pack. Colt spent several minutes walking while watching over his shoulder — he thought the police cars bringing up the rear (and following about 40 feet behind us) were getting way too close!
We ended up turning around a little bit early and cutting our walk short — we walked a little over 2 miles. But we had a good morning, walking in the sunshine, supporting a fantastic cause.
